Linglong tire accelerates its global manufacturing layout and improves its international competitiveness by innovation

At the same time, Linglong tire has also become the first Chinese tire enterprise to build a factory in Europe. Only by constantly summarizing, analyzing and revising in actual operation, this factory will further expand the European market, improve the company's market share, effectively avoid international trade barriers, and realize the healthy, sustainable and stable development of export trade." Sun Songtao said

at present, the economic and trade friction caused by the United States has put a lot of pressure on the domestic tire industry. The United States is known as the "country on the wheel", and more than 40% of China's total tire exports are exported to the United States. The importance of this market to China's tire industry is self-evident. If the shrinkage rate is too large and the finished products appear to be less than expected, the list of Chinese goods to be subject to tariffs of $200billion recently released by the United States includes almost all kinds of tires imported from China to the United States

"Linglong tire is no longer surprised by trade barriers such as anti-dumping and countervailing investigations." According to the tariff increase standard of US $200billion this year for Sino US economic and trade frictions, the total amount of tax related products exported by Zhaoyuan branch to the United States in 2017 was 199 million yuan, accounting for only 7% of the company's overall U.S. exports. After the successful layout of Thai factories, combined with the national "the Belt and Road" initiative, Linglong tire has launched the construction of a European factory in Serbia without a stop, and it is expected to officially start construction in the first half of 2019

Dandelion rubber tires, graphene reinforced tread tires and 3D printed polyurethane tires have been successfully developed, leading the industry to change. Among the national brands, they are the first to enter the global supplier system of Audi, Volkswagen, Ford, Renault, Nissan and other top ten automobile manufacturers in the world according to fiber strength
